Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

FedEx will handle all of the shipping and deliveries to you. We will offer a standard 5-7 day shipping and handling for our boxes, along with quicker options for shipping. We will include the shipping and delivery costs in the invoice slip. You will also receive an itemized list of what comes in your box on the invoice slip, which will also be sent through email. So, be sure to keep that handy in case you need it!

 

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

We take pride in our product and customer service, so your satisfaction is our highest priority! If you would like to return your box or part of your box, we do have a 14-day return policy.

We make your return easy! There are no restocking fees or hidden charges; customers will only be responsible for a flat shipping fee of $9.99, which would be the total cost if you wish to return the full box. There are no other fees if the box is returned in its original packaging with all the items that came in it (vintage tees, stickers, and accessories). If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, there will be an additional charge applied depending on the retail price of the item(s).

If you are returning only a few pieces of your box, be sure to include and check the boxes on the inventory slip of the items you wish to keep. This way we can issue a refund for the specific items you return and charge the box at the new price point.

A Return Label is required in order to return a product. Please contact our customer support team, Monday through Sunday, to obtain your Return Label. The Return Label must be pasted on the outside of the returned box.

  • Flat Fee Return – $9.99

  • No Restocking Fee
     

Return Policy Guidelines:

  • Must be returned in its original condition with no damages to qualify for the flat-fee return.

  • Flat-fee Return policy only applies to products purchased at the advertised price which includes any on-site promos.

  • Purchases made at a sale/discount/negotiated price can be returned in 14 days with a refund at the discounted price.
     

To prepare returns:

  • Get your Return Label:

    • Fill out a contact form, stating that you have read our return policy and are requesting a return label.

    • You can also chat with us at the bottom right of the site for any specific questions.

  • All returns are subject to FedEx returns & shipping policies.

  • If the box is shipped without a Return Label, the return will be refused.

  • Make sure to include all items and invoice slips sent with the package.

  • Tape box securely and mark with appropriate shipping address.
     

Money-Back Guarantee:

If you would like to return your product you have 14 days to do so. Customers are responsible for the flat-fee shipping of $9.99. When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the shipping fee. Fed-Ex shipping is a service and is therefore non-refundable.
 

Cancellations:

Orders typically ship within 48 hours. If you choose to cancel your order after your box has shipped, you will be liable for any extra shipping charges incurred.

You are able to cancel within the first 48 hours after your purchase for no fee. Just fill out a contact form, stating that you are requesting to cancel your box. 

Warranty Disclaimer

About Our Policy

Your package is covered under the shipping damages warranty by FedEx policy. This ensures that if you receive your package damaged, you can return it to us at no cost, and with no shipping fee.

That being said, please be sure to document their arrival and condition before opening them, with photos if possible. Immediately contact us by chat, support, email, or phone to resolve the issue.. Most damaged goods should be sent back to Vinyl Melodies, and you will receive a full refund.

We will then curate another box for you and replace the damaged return.
