Once you arrive at our site you'll click on the button "Let's Get the Party Started" and then you will be prompted to answer a few questions about your music tastes and interests. After completing, you can purchase a personalized box that our deejays will create from studying your survey questions.

You won't know what's inside until you get it -- the mystery is half the fun! 

One personally curated Vinyl Melodies box comes with:

  • 3 vinyl records, in fantastic, playable condition

  • Randomly selected accessory, poster, or hype sticker

  • Vintage tee
     

And thanks to your input, all items included will have been hand-picked based on your tastes! Curated specifically for you, and only you. We can't wait for you to enjoy your new collection!

We have plenty of payment options for you! We take all major Debit/Credit cards, we support Apple pay/Google Pay, and we also take PayPal payments, and "buy now pay later" options such as PayPal Credit, Afterpay, and Klarna.

If needing to return the entire box, simply mark your invoice slip as "not keeping the box," and fill out our contact form with your invoice number (located on the slip) so we can send you a return shipping label. You will be refunded for your box once we receive it, and only incur a flat-fee shipping & handling charge of $9.99.

If your records and other items arrive damaged, please document their arrival and condition before opening them, with photos if possible. Immediately contact us by chat support, email, or phone to resolve the issue with a specific solution. Most damaged goods should be sent back to Vinyl Melodies, and you will receive a full refund. If you do not contact us within 14 days of the package arriving, we can no longer resolve the issue. Please help us help you, and act fast!

Orders typically ship within 48 hours. If you choose to cancel your order after your box has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred.

You are able to cancel within the first 48 hours after your purchase for no fee. Just fill out a contact form, stating that you are requesting to cancel your box, and we'll do the rest!
